Attorney In Baton Rouge Christopher W. DeAgano

Christopher W. DeAgano (Chris) was born and raised in the New Orleans area. His wonderful parents (Warren and Katie) had four sons, and Chris was the oldest of the four boys.  Throughout his childhood and to this day, Chris and his three brothers share a strong bond and friendship – and are commonly referred to as “the DeAgaBros.”

Chris graduated from Jesuit High School in 2004. He then attended Louisiana State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business in 2008. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Chris attended the University of Kentucky College of Law and the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.

For nearly two years prior to joining the firm, Chris had the privilege of serving as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Alvin Batiste Jr. of the 18th Judicial District Court, which encompasses the parishes of Iberville, Pointe Coupee, and West Baton Rouge. This was a great opportunity, allowing Chris to gain invaluable experience both inside and outside the courtroom.

Since then, Chris has ambitiously represented his clients at Spencer Calahan Injury Lawyers.  He has recovered a combined $60 million for his clients through verdicts and settlements – including multiple recoveries in excess of $1 million.  Chris is always happy and willing to go the extra mile for his clients, striving to exceed their expectations.

On a personal level, Chris enjoys spending time with brothers and friends, watching and playing sports, and traveling.  But most of all, Chris’ greatest joy and priority in life is his family.   Chris married his beautiful wife, Natalie, in 2013. Together, they’ve been blessed with five children – four sons (Colston, Nolan, Hudson, and Cayden) and their heavenly daughter (Harper Rose), who tragically passed away at birth.  As the oldest of four boys, Chris now takes pride in raising another generation of “DeAgaBros” with four sons of his own.  His family attends Healing Place Church and Acacia Church and values opportunities to give back to their community.  Chris and Natalie have a special compassion for those with special needs and for families who have also suffered the unimaginable loss of a child or stillborn, by supporting Maddie’s Footprints in honor of their angel (Harper Rose).
