Gina Calahan
Business Director
Gina Calahan is the Business Manager of Spencer Calahan Injury Lawyers, where she oversees operations, growth strategy, and client experience. She helps guide the firm’s daily operations and ensures everything runs smoothly for both clients and the team. A licensed pilot with a passion to succeed, she brings organization, vision, and creativity to the firm’s day-to-day operations. Outside of work, Gina enjoys flying, spending time with her husband Spencer and their three children, and also caring for the family’s two golden doodles.
Amileigh Roberts
Accounting Director
Amileigh has been with the firm since November 20, 2014, starting her career at the front reception desk and working her way to my current role as Accounting Director. Over the years, she has enjoyed learning every aspect of the business, taking on new challenges, and helping wherever needed. She is known for wearing many hats and enjoys supporting the team in any way she can to help the firm succeed. Outside of work, Ami enjoys her cats and all other animals, swimming, cooking, gardening, and finding any excuse to be outside and enjoy nature.
Blair Kahoa
Accounting Assistant
Blair is from Brusly, Louisiana. She currently resides in Baton Rouge with her husband and 3 children.
Anna Schneider
Human Resources Manager
Graduated from Tulane University in 2012 with a BSM in Legal Studies in Business. Anna and her husband, Andrew, are the parents of one perfect son, William, and one perfect dog, Burrito.
Isabella McLaughlin
Head of Reception
Isabella was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and has been with the firm since 2024. With her background in customer service, she strives to build strong working relationships with everyone she interacts with, from clients to insurance adjusters and medical providers. When she’s not in the office, Isabella enjoys reading, working on puzzles, playing mahjong, and spending time with friends and family.
Mackenzie Baer
Receptionist
Born and raised in Prairieville, Louisiana, Mackenzie graduated from Dutchtown High in 2024. She is currently a student at Louisiana State University where she studies Political Communications with plans to attend Law School at LSU. Mackenzie enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time with family and friends. She currently holds the title of Miss Sportsman’s Paradise USA and plans to compete in Miss Louisiana USA next year.
Stephanie Saltz
Legal Assistant
With over 10 years of legal experience, Stephanie has seen nearly every aspect of civil litigation. She and her husband are both from Walker but are enjoying being residents of Baton Rouge. Stephanie enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and her dogs, Phrog and Focks.
Valeri Anderson
Assistant to Brady Patin
Valeri grew up in Monroe and graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (formerly Northeast Louisiana University) with a BBA in Business. She enjoys spending time with her son and daughter. In her spare time, she loves traveling with her family and friends and watching LSU sports.
Erica Warren
Assistant to Chris DeAgano
Erica was born in New Orleans and moved to Baton Rouge in 2004 to attend LSU. She has been with the firm since 2014 and enjoys the fast-paced environment. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going to the movies, playing with her dog, and being outdoors.
Luz Rodriguez
Assistant to Denis Barry
Luz has been with the firm since 2018. Her prior experience in the medical field helps her understand the impact injuries can have on clients. She strives to keep the process stress-free for clients. She was born in Miami, raised in Puerto Rico, and has called Louisiana home since 2007. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Outside of work, Luz enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
Kelsey Robinson
Assistant to Tyler Downing
Kelsey grew up in Folsom but moved to Baton Rouge for college. She graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from BRCC and a Bachelor of Arts from LSU in Sociology. Kelsey enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and son, and attending LSU sports.
Zoe Reynaud
Assistant to Isaac E. Khalid
Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Zoe earned her Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from LSU before joining the firm in 2018. As a legal assistant, she enjoys being part of a team that values collaboration, attention to detail, and helping others. Outside of the office, she can be found thrifting, spending time with her son, and being thoroughly outnumbered by her cats.

Assistant to Adam Taylor
Kim is a proud graduate of Southern University with a BA in History (Geaux Jags!). She enjoys spending time with family, cooking and Netflix binging.
Raquel Mason
Assistant to Corey Free
Raquel was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Baton Rouge. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from LSU. Since joining the firm in 2023, Raquel has enjoyed expanding her knowledge and contributing to a team that is dedicated to serving others. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Rachel Elkins
Assistant to Brant Mayer
Rachel was born and raised in Prairieville, Louisiana, and now lives in Baton Rouge with her husband and children. She enjoys spending time with her family and together they love cooking and eating good food, being outdoors, traveling, putting together puzzles, watching UFC, and of course LSU!
Haley Stubbs
Assistant to Farah Gheith
Haley was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Before joining the firm in 2022, she was a Medical Assistant at Ochsner and worked in the fitness industry. She enjoys working out, playing volleyball, being outdoors and spending time at home with her cat watching Netflix or reading.
