Brandt Schmolke has dedicated his law practice to helping people who have suffered damages at the hands of others. Mr. Schmolke has one mission: to fight for the rights of the clients he represents. Mr. Schmolke has successfully represented hundreds of injury clients over the course of his career in a wide variety of cases from small automobile accidents to wrongful death cases. Mr. Schmolke prides himself in being approachable, accessible, and attentive to all clients he represents.

Brandt Schmolke graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Business. He obtained his law degree from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge. Mr. Schmolke spent the first few years of his practice defending the insurance companies and now uses that experience to serve those who have suffered injury or who have lost loved ones through the negligence of others.

Mr. Schmolke is a life-long resident of Baton Rouge (but for a brief hiatus in Lafayette) and a graduate of Christian Life Academy. Mr. Schmolke enjoys hunting, going to the gym, attending LSU sporting events and spending time with his girlfriend, Jen, and their two dogs. Mr. Schmolke attends Bethany World Prayer Center – South Campus.

Mr. Schmolke is licensed to practice before all Louisiana Federal Courts and the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association, State Bar of Louisiana, and Louisiana Association for Justice.
