Mr. Lowe is trial lawyer who represents the interests of those who have wrongfully suffered injuries, whether physical, emotional, or financial, due to the fault and negligence of others. His practice is devoted to 100% personal injury litigation, including areas such as automobile accidents, premises liability, products liability, toxic torts, wrongful death, and survival actions. Utilizing a strategic and aggressive plan of attack, Mr. Lowe strives to accomplish two objectives for his clients: (1) Returning them to their pre-accident form, and if unable to do so, making sure the responsible party pays dearly for such and (2) Achieving the maximum recovery possible. Mr. Lowe accomplishes these objectives by meticulously building your case from the very moment his services are engaged. As such, when Mr. Lowe is your attorney, you get someone who not only provides zealous representation, but who does so through a carefully formulated plan of attack.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lowe acquired extensive legal experience working in both the public and private sectors. In the public sector, Mr. Lowe served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James J. Best of the 18th Judicial District Court, during which he gained invaluable exposure to the inner workings of our judicial system, as well as to the tactics often employed by both plaintiff and defense sides. While working in the private sector, Mr. Lowe acquired a thorough appreciation of effective litigation strategies by being part of a team that handled several cases resulting in recoveries in the high six and seven figures. Mr. Lowe also brings a wealth of knowledge from the financial services arena, where prior to entering the practice of law, he was a securities broker and market analyst with the prestigious brokerage firm, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, LLC, during which he successfully traded a variety of securities, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and exchange-traded funds. In connection therewith, Mr. Lowe held NASD Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as a Louisiana Department of Insurance Life, Health & Accident Insurance license.

Mr. Lowe was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he graduated from University High School. He is married to Candace Hogan Lowe of New Roads, Louisiana. They recently welcomed their first child, Carson Alexandra Lowe, into the world on October 17, 2011. Mr. and Mrs. Lowe are also active parishioners of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. When not zealously representing his clients, Mr. Lowe enjoys working out, watching sports (especially football and baseball), tailgating, playing softball, hunting ducks, as well as spending as much time as possible with his family and friends. Mr. Lowe is also actively involved in a number of professional and social organizations, which are listed below.

"I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, his greatest fulfillment of all he holds dear, is the moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle - victorious."
-Vince Lombardi
